When you use our quote form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the project postcode, the service you are interested in, your message, any photos you choose to upload and the page you sent the form from.
Why we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
How it is stored
Enquiries and photos are stored securely with our website hosting provider. They are not publicly accessible. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
If you do not go ahead with work, we delete enquiry details within 12 months. If we carry out work for you, we keep relevant records for as long as needed for guarantees, accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it.
