Andover is a market town in north west Hampshire that grew significantly from the 1960s, with a historic centre, large residential estates and newer developments such as Augusta Park.
Homes in Andover and what they need
Older properties near the centre and in surrounding villages often have solid walls, flint and brick details and older ceilings. The many later estates bring the usual textured ceilings, dated finishes and extension work, while new homes need making good after alterations.
